The Registration event staff member is responsible for working within the registration zone to produce a successful registration experience for Tough Mudder customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: *

  • Responsible for management of onsite-registration equipment and setup
  • Check in for each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
  • Help manage check in volunteers during event days
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide wrap-up and completion materials including post-race inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions.
  • Be comfortable traveling 50 days or more during the year.
  • Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving.
  • Thrive in an environment of process, creative thinking and problem solving.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
